Stroller Strides®
Stroller Strides® is a 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller! You’ll leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized—no matter your stage of motherhood. Stroller Strides® classes take place in Urbana at The Villages of Urbana and in Downtown Frederick at Baker Park.
BODY WELL
Body Well® empowers you to grow past what you thought was possible. This 8-week mom-only program includes weekly workouts, group accountability, nutritional guidance, recipes, and weekly challenges to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This transformational program is customized for you by setting your goals, tracking your habits, and working with your coach. Find the extra motivation you need in this small group setting within FIT4MOM’s motherhood sisterhood.
BODY BOOST®
Body Boost® is a mom-only, total-body workout that is challenging, empowering, and energizing. By combining cardio, strength, core training, and meditation, you will leave this workout refreshed and recharged for all that comes with motherhood. Body Boost® classes are currently held in Urbana in The Villages of Urbana neighborhood.
STRIDES 360®
Increase your endurance and speed to sprint through mom life with Strides 360®! Come play with your mom friends, with or without the stroller, during this 60-minute heart-pumping workout that will energize you for the rest of your day! Strides 360® classes are currently held in Urbana in The Villages of Urbana neighborhood.
BODY IGNITE®
Body Ignite® is a 60-minute mom-only strength workout that targets every muscle in your body. This easy-to-follow program will increase your metabolism, athleticism, and ability to lift, lunge, and push everything mom-life throws your way! Body Ignite® classes are currently held in Urbana in The Villages of Urbana neighborhood.
RUN CLUB+®
Take your running to the next level with our 8-week guided training program. We provide opportunities to learn and improve your running techniques through our detailed training plans, coaching, and community support. Come run with us, mama! Group runs take place in Urbana, Downtown Frederick, and New Market.
FIT4BABY®
FIT4BABY® is a 6-week prenatal program that includes weekly private group workouts, community support, and a weekly journal to document your pregnancy journey. The workouts will build your mental and physical endurance, strengthen your body, and prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond. While our FIT4BABY® program is on hiatus, we recommend checking out our other workouts all taught by instructors certified in prenatal fitness.
