FIT4MOM Certified Stroller Barre Instructor

Kristin is mom to a daughter and stepmom to three stepsons. She moved to Frederick when she was expecting her daughter, and didn't have an established community or place of exercise, which was always important to her. When she joined FIT4MOM, the isolation of new motherhood lifted and the opportunities outside her home expanded and improved so much thanks to the village that comes with this group. When the opportunity to join as a FIT4MOM Frederick instructor arose, it felt like the perfect way to give back to the community that gave so much to her. It's also very special to her to have her daughter watch her work, and thrive in an active, friend filled environment.

Fun (or crazy) fact about Kristin: She met her husband, married him, and had a baby all in 364 days time.
