• Coming together to support others is a fundamental aspect of community building and here at FIT4MOM Frederick building a community is one of our primary missions. As we set out to celebrate the moms in our community throughout the month of May for Mother's Day and our Month of Mama celebrations, the support of other local businesses allowed us to take that mission to the next level. From donating their services to providing treats for our moms, these businesses showed up to celebrate #allthemoms!
