You know that feeling when you're drowning in diapers, meltdowns, and endless dishes — and you'd give anything just to talk to another adult who gets it?

Or when you see moms laughing together at the park and think, "I wish I had that"?

We created these walks for you.

Walk Club is a free community walk that brings moms together to connect and move their bodies - one step at a time. Always stroller-friendly; our walks are open to pregnant moms and moms at every stage of motherhood…because one walk can turn into a friendship, a routine, and a whole village. Plus, this summer school-aged kids can join you too!

This week we are taking Walk Club on the road to Catoctin Creek Park & Nature Center for Nature Explorer Week (2929 Sumantown Rd, Middletown, MD 21769)!

WHAT WILL THE WALK LOOK LIKE?

9:30-9:45 Arrival + Intros

9:45-10:30 Stroller Walk—We'll walk along the paved paths for our stroller walk.

10:30-11:00 Creek Play—We'll head down the trails to the creek for some unstructured nature play. Bring a towel and a change of clothes if your little one loves to splash!

Feel free to stay for part of the morning or enjoy the whole adventure with us.
