Walk Club is a free community walk created for moms to get out, move their bodies, and connect with other moms who just get it. Whether you’re pregnant, pushing a stroller, chasing little ones, or somewhere in between, you’re welcome here.

This time, we’re adding one of our favorite things to the mix: coffee, because it's National Coffee Day! ☕️ Join us at Frederick Coffee Co. & Cafe before we head out for a stroller-friendly walk along Carroll Creek.

WHAT WILL THE MORNING LOOK LIKE?

9:30-10:00 AM — Arrivals with pre-walk coffee & chat

10:00-10:45 AM — Group walk along Carroll Creek

No judgment. No perfect-mom vibes. No need to have it all together. Just a chance to get out, get moving, and meet some other moms.

PARKING: We recommend street parking near Frederick Coffee Co. (100 N East St). There is a parking lot behind the shows on Everedy Square & Shab Row (125 N East Street) or you can park at All Saints Parking Garage and walk over.
