Join FIT4MOM Frederick for a special Stroller Strides Pop-Up at Goldfish Swim School on Thursday, June 4th at 9:45am! After our workout, stick around for a VIP Mommy + Me Swim at Goldfish Swim School.
All ages are welcome—life vests will be available for little ones, and moms with multiple kiddos can dive in stress-free. It’s the perfect chance to splash, play, and make memories with friends after class. Be sure to book class and RSVP for the swim event too!
