Join FIT4MOM Frederick for a spooky-fun evening at Charm City Run's Hair-Raising Witchy 5K in downtown Frederick!
Get out your festive gear and walking/running shoes—all paces are welcome. The 5K starts and ends at McClintock’s Backbar, where we'll grab festive drinks and enjoy the Halloween festivities with Charm City Run and McClintock’s.
A fun night of movement, treats, and community—the perfect way to celebrate Halloween together! If you want to match your FIT4MOM crew, snag one of these MOMster t-shirts in any color.
