Join FIT4MOM Frederick for a Holiday Sip + Shop in Downtown Frederick! On December 9th at 5pm, we will start our night at JoJo’s Restaurant & Tap House for happy hour. Order a drink and/or an appetizer to fuel up for the holiday shopping ahead at Retro-Metro, the Muse, & more which will start around 6pm. We will end the night with a nightcap at Hootch & Banter around 7:30pm where we can show off our purchases, see the floating lighted sailboats, and relax with friends.

Moms are welcome to attend December’s MNO at any point in the evening. Stay for the whole event or pop in for just shopping or drinks! Not sure where we are in our evening out?
