We invite all moms to join us for our first Walk + Talk on Tuesday, March 19th at 9:30am. We will meet at Urbana Community Park by the firetruck playground. We'll start with a walk + talk and wrap up by the playground for kids to play. This event is for moms who want to meet other moms, catch up with mom friends, and get additional information about our FIT4MOM programming, including weekly classes and spring sessions such as Body Well, FIT4BABY, and Run Club.

While this is not a formal workout, we do recommend wearing clothing + shoes appropriate for exercise as we will be walking a short distance. We ask that kids who have not completed kindergarten stay in the stroller for the duration of the walk for everyone's safety. Want to join us and not have kids with you? That's ok too, all moms are welcome!
