Join us for a Family Day Out with FIT4MOM Frederick! We are crossing the river and heading to Flying Ace Farm Distillery & Brewery for a fun afternoon. Come enjoy great company, refreshing drinks, delicious food, and most importantly a fantastic playground with lots of space for kids to run! We will be hanging out from 1-3pm so come for all or part of the afternoon!
