FIT4MOM Frederick is teaming up with Kids Create Studio Frederick for a special playgroup on Friday, October 17th (FCPS no school day)!

We’ll kick things off with a pumpkin workout where the big kids can join in on fun relays and movement games at the end of class. Afterwards, we’ll head up by the playground for an art project brought to you by Kids Create Studio Frederick.

Please RSVP by Monday, October 13th so our friends at Kidscreate Studio can plan accordingly for Friday's project.
